Dogeared Trading Golden Retrievers enjoying a snow day!

We take mental health seriously here and we are so lucky that with the grandchildren and puppies galore that we have a dopamine factory. Still, with all of the back and forth between the us and them, it is easy to get bogged down by it all. I was a psychiatric RN and I can tell you that I saw all walks of life, we all have the capability to lose ourselves. Stress is a big factor. So as the kiddos say, touch grass, pet your dog, breathe and just enjoy the things you can control.
